In 2020, amidst the pandemic, I took the plunge into starting my own food business. What started as a small catering gig quickly grew into a thriving events business and a boutique burger joint generating 7-figures of revenue. Needless to say, it has completely changed every aspect of my life for the better. I’ve experienced the challenges and rewards of building a food business from the ground up, and now I’m here to share what I’ve learned.
